HiTalent Recruitment is seeking a Mental Health Clinician / Social Worker to join a Family and Domestic Violence Program in South West Sydney. This role is graded a SCHADS level 5 with super and salary packaging benefits, and the role is open to full or part-time candidates.

We are working exclusively with a well-respected not-for-profit organisation to seek a dedicated Trauma-Informed Mental Health Care Specialist to join their team. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in providing trauma-informed care and psychological therapies to support clients' long-term recovery.
Reporting to the Program Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Deliver trauma-informed Mental Health care services, including evidence-based psychological therapies and wellbeing interventions, tailored to the needs of clients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
- Actively participate in individual and group supervision in addition to professional development activities.
- Contribute to program development and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Uphold organisational values and policies while maintaining a commitment to quality service delivery.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A tertiary degree in Counselling or Social Work or Psychology
- Registration with a relevant professional body - ACA / PACFA or AASW or APHRA
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with clients experiencing Mental Health challenges.
- Demonstrated proficiency in delivering trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
