Tasks & responsibilities
- Build strong, trusting relationships with individuals who are experiencing Mental Health difficulties.
- Offer emotional support, active listening, and encouragement to promote a sense of security and stability.
- Collaborate with Mental Health professionals, including counselors and therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Assist individuals in developing coping skills and strategies to manage their Mental Health challenges effectively.
- Implement personalized Support plans and support goals tailored to each individual's needs.
- Encourage clients to participate in therapeutic activities and social interactions to enhance their overall well-being.
- Monitor and document clients' progress and any changes in their Mental Health status.
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for clients and address any crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
