We are looking for a dedicated mentor for our Port and South Hedland services to deliver mentoring and support to our trainees in the early years setting.

- Provide support services for the trainees at One Tree South Hedland and One Tree Len Taplin.
- Support attracting and recruiting trainees within the region, reducing barriers to enter the workforce and sector.
- Provide holistic support to the trainees in the workplace, that improve training outcomes.
- Increase completion rates of trainee qualifications in the local workforce.
- Assist to provide a culturally safe workplace.

- A valid WA Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- A valid driver’s license
- National Police Clearance
- Display high level of cultural intelligence
- Experience working in a similar role with a passion for mentoring
- Strong local knowledge and understanding of the local workforce needs
