Join the Princess Polly Team as our Merchandise Director!
We're thrilled to announce an opening for a Merchandise Director, a crucial role within our highly successful Merchandising department. This is a full-time position, based at our headquarters in Burleigh Heads, QLD.
The ideal candidate will not only showcase exceptional leadership skills but also demonstrate a proven track record of surpassing targets. We are seeking an individual who possesses an in-depth understanding of our customer base and is committed to being a consistent advocate for our brand.
- Provide guidance, support and leadership to our AU Merchandise team to help them reach their full potential.
- Oversee weekly AU Merchandise Operations ensuring all weekly processes and requirements are met, supporting effective and efficient business outcomes.
- Direct the Buying and Design Teams to ensure optimal range and assortment planning.
- Work closely with the Planning Director, Marketing, Creative and Supply Chain teams to implement merchandise strategies, key initiatives, and launches.
- Conduct annual performance reviews, assist the Merchandise Management team in achieving Key Performance Objectives (KPOs), and cultivate a positive work environment that fosters growth while upholding our core values.
- Oversee collections and events in partnership with US Merchandise Manager and Buying teams to ensure a unified brand experience.
- Promote strong collaboration within the Merchandise team and across other departments.
