What You Will Be Doing:
Building Financial Targets: Develop and implement financial targets that align with the overall business objectives.
Open to Buy Management: Efficiently manage the Open to Buy process to optimise inventory levels and meet business requirements.
Seasonal Options Plans: Work closely with the team to develop comprehensive seasonal options plans to drive sales and profitability.
Performance Review: Regularly review merchandise and financial performance with the National Sales Manager, identifying areas for improvement and agreeing on forward actions to achieve financial targets.
Monthly Sales Review: Conduct monthly in-season reviews of sales performance with the senior leadership team, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Promotions Management: Oversee online and marketplace promotions to maximise sales opportunities and enhance brand visibility.
Purchase Orders: Raise purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner to ensure smooth procurement processes.
Production Orders Management: Collaborate with freight forwarder to manage production orders, ensuring timely delivery of stock to meet demand.
About You:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of Planning experience within the retail sector, preferably with a background in apparel.
Excel Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills are essential for this role.
Analytical Skills: Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
