About the role: We have a fantastic opportunity now available in our Macksville AgriSolutions Store for an experienced, enthusiastic and organised, self-starter to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Merchandise Salesperson, you will provide agricultural advisory and sales service to clients and build business partnerships with our customer base through the provision of sound technical advice. About you: You will be enthusiastic and self-motivated, with great customer service and sales experience. Able to meet deadlines whist balancing a range of work and have a keen interest in an agricultural environment. To be considered for this role you need to demonstrate the following selection criteria in your application: Strong customer service and sales experience. Experience working in a rural retail and warehousing environment (highly desirable). Demonstrated understanding of the rural industry. Technical skills in Agricultural Science, Animal Health or Agronomy are an advantage. Demonstrated excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills. Computer literacy skills including Microsoft office, Point of Sale (POS) software POS and administration skills. Physically fit to perform the manual handling aspects of the role.
