About the role

As a Merchandise Team Member, you will have the opportunity to deliver effective and efficient merchandising activities, ensuring compliance to core policy and procedures, including:

• Maintaining product replenishment and merchandising (point of sale placement) across the store as required
• Contributing to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience to the highest standards through quality merchandising, in-store marketing, and presentation
• Working collaboratively as part of a team in delivering a positive experience for both instore and online customers and effectively resolve customer complaints and queries as required
• Assist with customer service requirements including counter duties as required
