Within your day-to-day, you will be conducting warm discovery calls to prospective clients, understanding their needs, and walking them through the suitable products that speak to their circumstances.

THE ROLE
- Call potential customers who have opted-in who learn more about the company's offerings.
- Build rapport over the phone with the customer and personalised the product to suit their needs
- Work collaboratively as a team to hit both individual and team KPIs and targets
- Ongoing mentorship and training provided.
ABOUT YOU:
- Goal orientated
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior customer-facing experience – retail experience welcomed
- Resilient – ability to bounce back from rejection
- Prior experience working with KPIs and Targets
