Role: Sales Support
Duties:
You will be required to perform these duties, and any other duties the employer may assign to you, having regard to your skills, training and experience.
Merchandising/Imprest
· Visits to Aged Care Facilities on a scheduled fortnightly cycle.
· Management of stock control systems (SCS) for existing customers.
· Implementing SCS for new customers.
· Liaising with customers regarding expectations on order and delivery timelines.
· Answering customer questions and inquiries on the road and at head office.
· Merchandising stock into required storage areas within Aged Care Facilities.
· Placement of orders using I.T System and the iPad provided.
· Customer Service operations at head office when required.
· Regional travel to customers on a scheduled basis (ie. north of 60 minutes).
Account Management
· Visit and develop relationships with new and existing customers.
· Prospect new business development in the metropolitan Perth area.
· Where possible and approved by management, extend merchandising opportunities.
You must have:
· A current WA driver’s license.
· COVID and Influenza vaccination.
· Police Check (Day&Night can submit on your behalf if not current/active).

· Use of a company car when travelling on the road.
