AddressOur client, a distinguished menswear brand, is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Part-Time Visual Merchandiser to join their team, servicing retail stores across Perth. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Visual Merchandiser looking for part-time hours.
The Role:
This part-time position involves approximately 15 hours of work, which can be completed over two full days or three part days (Monday to Friday).
As a Visual Merchandiser, you will:
- Implement visual merchandising briefs and directives across multiple sites to meet company standards
- Create and install seasonal and promotional window displays
- Ensure visual merchandising principles are applied effectively in stores
- Liaise with the Visual Merchandising Manager and Regional Manager on store layouts and lifestyle adjacencies
- Participate in and contribute to store openings
- Develop strong working relationships with store managers to ensure directives are understood and implemented
- Train store teams on visual merchandising principles and standards
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably in menswear
- Comprehensive understanding of visual merchandising principles
- A current driver's licence and access to a vehicle
- Results-oriented, motivated, and with an open communication style
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to multitask
- Strong commercial acumen and an in-depth understanding of key retail drivers
- Detail-focused and highly organised, with the ability to meet schedules and timeframes
- A desire for continuous improvement.
