As a Strikeforce DIY & Hardware Merchandiser, you will work with your allocated store to represent a full range of high-profile clients. You will be responsible for an allocated territory, calling on hardware outlets to enact merchandising activities and complete Planograms to a high standard, as well as building & maintaining strong relationships with key store contacts.

Role Responsibilities

• Servicing hardware stores in Hamilton
• Accurate and consistent reporting via the Strikeforce App
• Product Management (Stock levels/ Position/ Ticketing)
• Executing tasks, building displays, erecting point-of-sale
• Negotiating off location opportunities
• Building & maintaining strong relationships with store personnel
• Planograms/Relays - Executions & Compliance
• Following Strict OH&S guidelines
• Time Management Skills - The ability to work under pressure
• Flexibility and travel outside allocated territory occasionally as required

What you will need to succeed

• Own a personal smart device for reporting purposes
• Current state drivers' licence & access to a reliable roadworthy vehicle
• Have full Australian working rights & be over the age of 18
• Be physically fit -bending & lifting - carrying stock (max 16 kgs)
• Availability to work shifts a minimum of 2 days per week between Monday to Friday, on an ongoing casual basis.
