Merchandiser

This position reports into the State Field Manager and is based in Blacktown, NSW. This is a casual position with typically 16 to 20 hours per week.
What You Will Do
The Merchandiser is responsible for:
Increasing sales at store level via merchandising displays and shelf management
Achievement of targets within Grocery, Pharmacy and Mass Merchant stores across a set territory
Ensuring Kenvue products are displayed correctly whilst driving in-store compliance initiatives
Execute display strategies at a store level, in collaboration with Territory Sales Managers
Working collaboratively with TSMs to assemble promotional point of sale displays and planograms to ensure Kenvue brands are merchandised effectively
Provide exceptional customer service and be a strong advocate for Kenvue, showcasing our values with great pride, passion, and positivity within stores
Building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with relevant in store personnel
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who:
Has strong customer service & team focus, is solution focused and able to think quickly
Has excellent organisation skills and ability to work autonomously
Owns a reliable car and holds a valid and current Australian driver’s license
Lives locally within the Blacktown area
Any previous sales/merchandising experience within a FMCG company is desirable but not required
