Task & Responsibilities As a Metal Fabricator at IPE, you will play a pivotal role in our success by contributing to our unwavering commitment to quality and timely delivery. Your responsibilities will include: Fabricating and welding metal components to specifications. Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings. Ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and precision in all welding tasks. Collaborating with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Contributing your expertise to continuous improvement initiatives. Qualification & Experience To succeed in this role, you should have: AQF Cert 3 in Engineering - Fabrication Trade or equivalent At least 3 years proven experience as a Boilermaker or Welder. Proficiency in welding techniques and equipment. Strong knowledge of blueprints and technical drawings. Commitment to safety and quality standards. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
