Metal Polishers Needed for Our Client in AustraliaOur client is currently on the lookout for skilled and experienced Metal Polishers to join their team. The ideal candidates will have a profound expertise in polishing a variety of metals to achieve high-quality finishes, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail, proficiency in using polishing tools and techniques, and a commitment to excellence. Your primary role will be to polish metal products to remove imperfections and achieve the desired luster and smoothness, ensuring that each piece meets or exceeds the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.To be eligible for this position, applicants must:

• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Metal Polisher.
• Provide supporting documents, such as payslips, employment evidence, a valid passport, and police clearances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use hand tools and power tools to polish metal surfaces to specified finishes.
• Remove scratches, defects, or rough spots from metal products to prepare them for finishing processes.
• Apply polishing compounds and other chemicals safely and effectively.
• Inspect and measure metal products to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Work closely with other team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in metal polishing, with a strong understanding of different metals and their properties.
• Proficient in the use of polishing tools, equipment, and techniques.
• Keen eye for detail and quality, with the ability to identify and correct imperfections.
• Physical stamina and dexterity to perform repetitive tasks over long periods.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, for effective communication within the team and adherence to work instructions.
