As a Fleet Sales Manager, you will be actively selling whilst responsible for overseeing and driving sales of the MG & GWM product range to our established fleet clients. You will play a crucial role in managing long term key established relationships, whilst looking to build and create new opportunities whilst leading a small team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in FLEET SALES in a dealership environment, strong leadership skills, and a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Leadership: Actively identify and capture new business opportunities within the automotive market.
- Client Relations: Forge and nurture lasting relationships with key clients, delivering fleet solutions that exceed expectations and embody our commitment to excellence.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a dedicated team, fostering a culture of achievement and collaboration.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure a cohesive and seamless customer journey from start to finish.
