As a Territory Business Manager (TBM), you'll play a crucial role in contributing to the growth and success of our Diabetes Division, working alongside dedicated colleagues and stakeholders to make a real difference in the lives of individuals affected by diabetes.
Where You Come In:
- You will represent Dexcom and promote our Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) products to stakeholders in the diabetes healthcare sector.
- You will liaise with healthcare professionals and consumers, providing technical expertise, education, and support regarding Dexcom products.
- You will collaborate with various healthcare professionals and target centers to educate and train on Dexcom products.
- You will influence physicians and other healthcare professionals to prescribe Dexcom products to their patients.
- You will support territory sales growth and monitor progress towards sales goals.
- You will present strategies and adjust activities to achieve planned objectives.
- You will manage territory efficiently, considering travel, time, and business-related expenditures.
- You will complete all administrative requirements promptly as directed by management.
What Makes You Successful:
- Sales experience in the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build strong business relationships.
- Proven success in the medical sales industry.
- Knowledge of sales processes to drive business growth.
- Effective communication skills to engage with various stakeholders.
- Business acumen to develop and enforce beneficial strategies for key accounts.
- Ability to train and educate others effectively.
- Diabetes medical sales background is advantageous.
- Strong Information Technology (IT) skills are beneficial.
- Technical experience in a competitive sales field is advantageous.
What You'll Need:
- Minimum 1-year experience in a related role, preferably in Diabetes/Medical Device sales.
- Healthcare/Science-related background with a track record of high sales success.
- Sales industry experience is essential, preferably in the medical/healthcare sector.
- Current Driver’s License and Working with Children’s Check.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
- Unrestricted work rights within Australia.
