Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Microsoft 365, including Teams, Office 365, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint, and other messaging and communications services.
- Collaborate with clients, management, and peers to design, configure, and implement Microsoft 365 solutions tailored to meet business needs.
- Provide operational support for customer systems, including proactive monitoring, incident resolution, and implementing standard and non-standard changes.
- Manage Microsoft Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and other related technologies.
- Implement security solutions such as Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Identity, and Cloud Apps to ensure the integrity of customer environments.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation standards and best practices.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in effectively conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Additional Skills Required:
Windows OS Support: Extensive experience in providing support and troubleshooting for Windows operating systems, including Windows 11 and Windows Server platforms. Proficient in diagnosing and resolving a wide range of Windows-related issues to ensure smooth system operation and user productivity.
WAN/LAN Network Protocols: Thorough understanding of wide area network (WAN) and local area network (LAN) protocols, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VLANs. Experience in configuring and maintaining network infrastructure to optimize performance, reliability, and security across distributed environments.
Experience and Skills Required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical engineering or consulting role.
- Proven track record of delivering Microsoft 365 Modern Work Solutions.
- Extensive experience in O365 or Microsoft 365 stack, including Exchange administration, OneDrive, and SharePoint Administration.
- Proficiency in endpoint solutions such as Windows Client Deployment and Device & App Management (Intune & MECM/SCCM).
- Familiarity with security solutions including Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Identity, and Cloud Apps.
- Strong documentation skills with the ability to create clear and concise technical documentation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Valid Victorian Driver's license and own a car
