Job Description: As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer at Atlas Digital Innovations, you will be tasked with designing, developing, and implementing CRM solutions to improve business processes and enhance customer interactions. Your role will involve working closely with other developers, project managers, and business analysts to deliver tailored CRM functionalities that meet specific client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Development: Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.
- Solution Customisation and Configuration: Customise and configure CRM applications in line with project requirements to optimise functionality and user experience.
- Integration: Develop integrations between Dynamics CRM and other business applications to ensure seamless data flow and enhance overall system efficiency.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing CRM solutions, including updates and performance enhancements.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for CRM configurations, integrations, and custom development projects.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate these into effective CRM solutions.
- Best Practices Implementation: Stay up-to-date with the latest updates and best practices in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development to implement advanced solutions.
Experience:
- Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development, with a strong proficiency in customising and configuring the platform.
- Expertise in programming languages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, or HTML.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and knowledge of database principles.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and integrating Dynamics CRM with other Azure services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of handling complex requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM are highly regarded.
