The Business Solutions Branch within DFAT’s Information Management Division, is seeking the services of Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to, as part of a team, provide quality development and sustainment services across a highly complex technical ICT system that utilises CRM and Intelledox technologies
- The Senior CRM Developers will be responsible for:
- Contributing to the technical design of solutions using a breadth of knowledge and experience.
- Working closely with the solutions architect and technical leads to deliver high quality solutions that meet the standards set by the delivery team.
- Building tools to automate and streamline the build and delivery of solutions.
- Sharing knowledge and mentoring staff and members of the broader team.
- Being a valued member of a multi-disciplinary agile delivery team, and actively participating in daily and weekly agile ceremonies.
- Using excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure there is a shared understanding of problems and solutions amongst technical and non-technical staff. DEED OF STANDING OFFER SON3413842 Page 2
- Undertake work that is complex or time sensitive and operate under limited direction, with the opportunity for autonomy and accountability.
- Subject matter expert of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM with depth and breadth understanding of the platform – with the ability to stay current and up to date on trends and technologies;
- Demonstratable 5+ years of experience in software engineering and/or technology roles working with complex applications and solutions with Dynamics 365, delivering, building and upgrading platforms and solutions;
- Experience with Microsoft .Net framework and core technologies;
- Experience in building APIs and Restful Services;
- Good knowledge of Agile software development methodologies and processes including Continuous Integration/Continuous Development, Test Driven Development, and Automation;
