The Role
The purpose of this role is to assist the Studio Manager, Creative Director and Marketing Department, with the execution of all visual advertising and marketing material outputs.
You will be tasked with
- creating visually compelling multimedia content that enhances our brand presence and engages our customers across digital platforms
- collaborate with design and marketing to translate business objectives into captivating graphics, animations, videos, and interactive media
- drive traffic to our online channels, inspire loyalty, and elevate the overall shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to conceptualise and execute concepts
- Work with the Studio Manager and Digital Marketing Manager to coordinate roll out of digital campaign assets
- Design digital Point of Sale materials for online retail platforms
- Create visually engaging digital assets to enhance touchpoints and the digital shopping experience
- Create landing pages that effectively communicate promotional offers and campaign messages
- Create animations and special effects to enhance digital content across platforms
- Organise and maintain a library of digital assets for easy access and reuse
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all digital media channels
- Create video and digital media based internal communications
- Work on concepts and ideas for new briefs
- Ensure projects are completed within specified deadlines
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to obtain the necessary information to complete all jobs in relation to product, pricing and text information, dates etc., to ensure each creative brief is executed as planned
About you
You have extensive experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders within a corporate environment. You have excellent communications skills both in writing and verbally. You are highly organised and able to meet multiple critical deadlines, with meticulous attention to detail and a strong understanding of current design trends.
You will also have the following skills/experience:
- Demonstrated expertise in using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
- Ability to use animation and effects to enhance storytelling and engage the audience effectively
- Diploma / Degree in graphic design or finished art and/or relevant qualifications or experience and competency in graphic design/finished art
- A minimum of 3 years previous industry experience in a similar role is desirable.
- Proficiency working with Mac OS
