Job description

BLACKROC Software Engineering is on the hunt for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our client's Digital Services team. Our client, a leader in simplifying B2B transactions, needs your help. In this role, you'll be key in setting up B2B sites for their valued customers, using their flexible B2B software platform. Your tasks will include building sites, creating extensions, and improving the platform to ensure top-notch service.
  
Key Activities
  • Site Implementation: Utilise the B2B platform to construct tailored sites for customers, employing a mix of configuration and front-end development techniques.
  • Site Customisation and Development: Implement customised functionality across various layers of the B2B technology stack, spanning front-end (HTML, JavaScript), back-end (C#, Razor), and data layers (SQL, APIs, Azure Cloud technologies).
  • Tooling and Platform Improvements: Identify areas for enhancement in tooling, scripting, and the core B2B platform, collaborating with development teams to implement these improvements.
  • Debugging and Troubleshooting: Address technical issues within existing sites and customisations, ensuring seamless functionality for customers.

  • Delivery Excellence: Collaborate within a customer-focused team to deliver high-quality B2B solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and exceptional outcomes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive improvements in methodology, processes, tooling, and practices to enhance service delivery and maintain competitiveness.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Work closely with customers to understand their needs and ensure their B2B sites meet their expectations.
Key Skills & Characteristics  
  • Full Stack Development Experience: Proficiency in modern web technologies including HTML, JavaScript, CSS, C#, Razor templating, SQL, and Azure Cloud technologies.
  • Problem-Solving Aptitude: Ability to devise innovative solutions to complex challenges within the B2B ecosystem.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Work effectively within a team environment, sharing knowledge and solutions to ensure scalability and maintainability of delivered solutions.
  • Customer Focus: Dedicated to delivering exceptional B2B experiences and cultivating lasting client relationships. A keen focus on understanding and addressing customer needs is essential for success in this role.
