About the Role
  
This role is a fantastic opportunity for a Mid-weight Designer who is keen for greater ownership and responsibility. You'll be a vital part of a dynamic design team where collaboration and communication are key, and your professional development and growth are actively supported.
  
Responsibilities
  

• Collaborate with the Design Director and Senior Designer (who both have International & Australian experience)
• Design on a wide range of projects, including websites, video animations, social media and digital assets, marketing content, print collateral and environmental graphics.
• Contribute to ideation sessions, bringing your creative flair to projects that push the envelope.
• Engage in client interactions, understanding their needs and translating them into visually compelling digital solutions.
• Independently manage design projects under the guidance of the design director and senior designer.
• Deliver polished and detailed designs, ensuring timely project completion that meets deadlines.

  
About You
  

• 3-5 years full-time experience in digital and print design, preferably within an agency or studio environment.
• A diverse portfolio showcasing a range of projects with an emphasis on digital design and branding, demonstrating a keen eye for typography, attention to detail, and innovative thinking.
• Proficiency in digital design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with animation and video editing is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong collaborative and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
• Happy to work 3 days out of 5 onsite in Newstead, Brisbane.
