Midweight To Senior Graphic Designer

Our client is a leading homebuilder who is looking for a Midweight Graphic Designer to join their team on a permanent basis.Based in the South East suburbs of Melbourne, this role has the opportunity to be a dream role for those designers who love being hands on with campaign and brand roll out work.If you're someone who prides themselves on being up to date with current standards of industry best practice when it comes to design, then this could be the perfect role for you. The client is really keen to find a conceptual creative for this role, who can talk through their own creative process, pull apart a brief, and come up with ideas that reflect modern design styles.You'll be responsible from taking work from concept all the way through to finish across print and digital. You'll be an ideas driven creative, with exceptional communication skills who can pull apart a job brief and develop it into something conceptual.You'll be aware of modern design and how to bring that into your craft, confident in taking a high level overview and developing that into an idea without too much assistance.Your expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant design software, along with your profound understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and user-centered design, will be crucial in driving innovation and delivering cutting-edge visual solutions.You'll be translating complex ideas into visually compelling designs across various media. Partnering with cross-functional teams, staying at the forefront of industry trends, and managing multiple projects concurrently are essential aspects of this role.To be suitable for this role, you'll need to be a Midweight heading towards Senior with similar experience. You'll have excellent communication and presentation skills, proven leadership abilities, and strong organisational skills and the capability to manage intricate design projects. Most of all, you'll have a folio that highlights your modern design approach.This role will be a hybrid role with four days onsite and one day remote.
