About the Role:

Create high-quality and visually engaging Motion Graphics for various media channels, ensuring a holistic and consistent visual identity for the Accent Group of brands!

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Lead and inspire the creation of world-class Motion Graphics, pushing boundaries while maintaining best practices and standards.
• Oversee the design and production of Motion Graphics, animations, and videos, ensuring high-quality deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
• Interpret and manage briefs, developing campaigns and creative collateral for all Accent Group brands across print, advertising, and digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand personality and seasonal campaigns.
• Utilise the agency’s creative workflow management system to streamline the briefing, feedback, and approval processes across various teams, ensuring efficient production of high-quality outputs.
• Design and develop digital visual communications in line with brand and campaign direction, covering email, website, social media assets, banners, and digital advertising, considering usability and navigation issues across platforms.
• Create visually compelling print elements, as required, including window posters, catalogues, point of sale materials, decals, and strut cards to maintain brand standards and alignment with campaigns.
• Foster a collaborative and constructive team environment, providing mentorship and guidance to Graphic Designers within the team to enhance their Motion Graphics design skills through training, feedback, and constructive critique.
• Implement best practices and processes for Motion Graphics design and video production, ensuring consistency and adherence to quality standards.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Motion Graphics and video production, incorporating innovative approaches into projects where relevant.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors, ensuring high-quality work and effective collaboration.

To be successful you will have:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Motion Graphics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in Motion Graphics design.
• Strong portfolio or showreel showcasing impeccable Motion Graphics design and video editing skills.
• Familiarity with video production and editing techniques.
• Experience with 3D design and animation is highly advantageous.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web technologies is beneficial.
