The Opportunity
As the full time Migration Agent, you will provide expert guidance, advice, and support to key internal and external stakeholders throughout the immigration process. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with relevant immigration laws and regulations.
Reporting to the Talent Development and Acquisition Manager, some key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with stakeholders internally and externally
- Provide clear and comprehensive information about available visa options, requirements, and pathways
- Assist stakeholders in collecting and organizing the necessary documentation for visa applications
- Prepare and review visa applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Create compelling submissions to support visa applications, addressing specific criteria
- Manage a portfolio of visa employees, tracking their progress and deadlines
- Maintain detailed case records and documentation for each visa employee
- Coordinate with government authorities, immigration departments, and other relevant agencies
- Keep stakeholders informed with regular updates on their case status
- Uphold a high standard of professional ethics and integrity, maintaining client confidentiality
Who We Are Looking For
SunPork has established an efficient, highly skilled yet diversified team that is dedicated to producing high quality, sustainable welfare-optimal products.
As a key member of this team, the successful applicant must have:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Law, Migration Law, International Relations)
- Possess in-depth knowledge of Australian immigration laws and regulations (or relevant country)
- Show exceptional interpersonal and client service skills
- Have experience with Migration Manager software
- Demonstrate strong research skills and attention to detail
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to work independently and manage a caseload effectively
- Uphold ethical and professional conduct
