Mill Hand/Loader Operator

Baiada Feed mill is seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join the team as a Mill Hand/Loader Operator. • Operate machinery and equipment in the feed mill efficiently and safely.
• Load and unload feed ingredients and finished products using forklifts and other equipment.
• Assist with general maintenance and cleaning of the mill equipment and facilities.
• Follow standard operating procedures and protocols to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:

• Experience working in a similar job is a plus.
• Comfortable operating forklifts and other machinery.
• Able to lift heavy things and work hard.
• Pays close attention to details and cares about doing a good job.
• Works well with others and can communicate clearly.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
