Now we just need you.A real endeavour, shaped by youAs a Mission Engineering Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in delivering critical insights that shape strategic decisions and enhance national security.To succeed in this endeavour, you will:

• Developing mission contexts including environmental and threat characterisation.
• Define and articulate operational needs and business requirements in collaboration with Defence stakeholders.
• Creating and refining mission architectures that integrate various systems and capabilities to achieve desired operational outcomes.
• Conducting comprehensive mission analysis using curated data and models. Identify, quantify, and prioritize mission capability gaps. Develop and test mission scenarios through modelling and simulation (including wargaming).
• Supporting and facilitating workshops with Defence stakeholders to elicit requirements and validate Mission Engineering concepts.
• Preparing and delivering analytical reports and recommendations.
• Documenting ME processes and outcomes for continuous improvement.

A real endeavour, driven by youOur work is highly complex and confidential, so there are some things you must have to fulfil this role:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (business, intelligence, security, international relations, political science, operations research, simulation, data science etc.).
• Proven experience in conducting business, intelligence, data, and/or operations analysis preferably within a professional services firm or the Defence industry
• Experience in designing and developing Defence capability needs and requirements.
• Experience in developing and delivering both standard and ad-hoc analytical reports to meet stakeholder requirements.
• Ability to adapt to complex, multi-disciplinary, and ambiguous situations.
• Proven ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences.
• You must have the ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 clearance.
