Mixologist Role:
We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Mixologist to join our team. As a bar staff, you will be working in cocktail parties, superyachts events, private homes, festivals and more. You will be also working in multiples location around Sydney, every day is a different venue, and you have the opportunity to work in the most luxurious events and collaborate hand-by-hand with the most recognized suppliers in the industry.
- In this role, you will be:
- Serving cocktails, wine, beer, spirits and soft beverages
- Engaging with patrons, understanding their preferences, and recommending personalized cocktails that cater to their tastes, ensuring an unforgettable experience that keeps them coming back
- Maintaining an immaculate bar area, organize supplies efficiently, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation, creating an inviting and sophisticated ambiance
- Ensuring the bar runs efficiently and that all patrons are satisfied with their drink orders.
- Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) competency card
- Have a passion for people and the hospitality industry
- Be up to date with current bar and industry trends
- Previous experience working at private homes -desirable-
- Previous experience as a mixologist
- Ability to be the host and manage timeline
