- This requirement is to supply ML Ops engineers and/or specialists with demonstrated skills in development and management of Machine Learning and Data Engineering pipelines and tools.
- Specific requirements are for resources with deep knowledge and understanding of DevSecOps and AI/ML system stacks within physical, virtualised or containerised platform environments, encompassing automation tooling and components.
- Specialists will be responsible for undertaking and contributing to both project work, while also contributing to the outcomes of specialised research activities.
- A strong emphasis is placed upon on cyber security principles, within on-premise and Public Cloud domains.
- Resources with a background and deep knowledge and understanding of full DevSecOps system stacks within virtualised or containerised platform environments, encompassing automated tooling and enabling functional components would be at a strong advantage.
- This requirement is to supply Artificial Intelligence engineers and/or specialists with demonstrated skills in development and management of AI, ML and Large Language Model (LLM) capabilities.
Strong backgrounds and experience in AI, ML, LLM or Natural Language Processing (NLP) development activities are a pre-requisite for these roles, with a strong emphasis placed upon on cyber security within both the Private and Public Cloud domains.
Criteria:
- Ability to engage with research community members, identify requirements and develop fit-for-purpose machine learning and data science based solutions
- Solid understanding of Machine Learning and Data Engineering principles, with focus upon development of machine learning and deep learning capability systems, ideally within a Defence context
- Ability to deploy, manage and optimise Machine Learning and Data models within research and/or Defence environments
- Proven experience or exposure enabling Machine Learning operations to enhance efficiency in operations within secure pipeline development environments
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and deploying machine learning models to enable research and development support, ideally to Defence programs and initiatives
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Java
- Familiarity with AI technologies, including machine learning, LLMs, API integration, NLP, data analytics and text data manipulation processes
- Familiarity with deep learning techniques and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
