We are seeking an Operations Readiness Lead – Development Projects to join our INPEX Development team in Perth on a 2-year max term contract. There may be ad-hoc requirement to travel domestically, internationally and to offshore hydrocarbon facilities. Join us in helping shape a brighter energy future.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate and lead all Operational Readiness and project close out activities as projects transition into the Operate Phase.
- Ensure early definition and development of project verification of readiness activities and associated framework throughout the key project life cycle stages.
- Support in ensuring Operations involvement in project development and execution stages to ensure a safe and reliable start-up.
- Ensure that all Development projects have an optimised Project Handover and acceptance plan agreed by all stakeholders.
- Ensure any key risks associated with open Operational Readiness or Project Handover activities key risks associated with a Separable Portion (SP) start-up or ongoing Operations including Asset Integrity, reliability, availability, SIMOPS and implementation are fully identified and assessed with mitigating actions, controls, and contingencies in place prior to SP start-up.
- Responsible for the development and delivery of the Operations readiness and Project handover process, systems, plans and procedures along with necessary training.
Successful candidates will have:
- Relevant industry experience preferably in Operations/Engineering/Maintenance/Business related discipline roles.
- Project Management/Supervision and Leadership on large oil & gas subsea projects (Desirable).
- Experience in significant hydrocarbon facilities area including Project Engineering/Leadership type roles.
- Demonstrated Operational Readiness and Project Handover experience in multidiscipline projects on major Oil and Gas facilities (subsea, Offshore facilities and Onshore LNG)
- Capable to manage multi-discipline teams of personnel and contactors of both technical and non-technical disciplines.
