About the Role
Your role is to simplify our Members’ lives. Whether they are purchasing their first or second home, investing in a property, refinancing, building, or renovating, you provide the right solutions at the right time.
  
Mobile Bankers build lasting relationships. They ask the right questions to offer appropriate lending solutions and build trust, confidence, and advocacy in every interaction.
  
If you join our Mobile Banking Team, you will always be on the go, meeting applicants at a convenient time and place and using your understanding of our products, processes, and policies to identify customers’ financial needs and submit high quality, compliant, lending applications on their behalf.
  
As a self-motivated lender, you generate business opportunities, participate at industry events and nurture existing relationships. We seek individuals with a proven track record in exceptional customer service, previous home lending experience is essential.
  
About You
Essential duties and responsibilities will include the following. Others may also be assigned.
  • Accountable for achieving sales and service KPI’s
  • Identify business development opportunities and prospects from TMBL’s current member base and other sources within the community to promote TMBL home loans and other associated products and services
  • Conduct interviews through various methods using online video conferencing, over the phone and attendance at face to face external locations.
  • Accountable for accurately processing home loan applications and issuing applicants with approval notifications.
  • Maintain and develop clear and effective communication with prospective and existing members, internal TMBL stakeholders and external TMBL stakeholders at all times.
  • Contribute and participate in all Mobile Banker Team and TMBL stakeholder meetings to ensure learnings and experiences are shared.
  • Ensure compliance within delegated level of authority and meets all legislation requirements.
  • Attends TMBL functions and industry events to maintain an active profile within the industry and develop new business prospects.
  • Completes business development visits at places of work to help promote TMBL, our loan products and associated financial products and services.
  • Tier 2 required
  • Cert 4 in Lending - desirable
