So, what’s the role?

As a Mobile Banker you will assess mortgage lending, with a strong compliance focus to ensure our responsible lending obligations are met and customers’ settlements and approvals are not delayed.

You will take ownership of customer interactions and liaise with other departments to ensure our niche members receives an easy, personal, and caring experience supported via our omnichannel approach, allowing members to engage through the channel of their choice.

As a representative of Bank First, you will engage and create lead generation through conferences, events, and workplace visits.

In this role You will:

  • Identify and further develop networking opportunities within our niche market
  • Undertake quality consultative conversations with new and existing members to accurately and fully understand their needs
  • Provide tailored lending solutions and exceptional customer service
  • Contribute to the achievement of business growth

About you

Along with Tier 2 qualifications in Retail Banking, you have the skills and experience to proactively build community relationships that attract new customers and deepen relationships with existing customers and promote the Bank First profile and brand.

You will also have:

  • Demonstrated business development experience and networking skills
  • High-level sales skills with an exceptional member focus
  • Previous success in relationship management and identifying new business relationships
  • The ability to carry out needs-based conversations
  • Exceptional communication, organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong Lending experience (highly desirable)

You will also need a valid Victorian driver's license. Access to a vehicle will be provided.
