Responsibilities: Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues. Repair and replace hydraulic hoses at customer and mine sites. Conduct on-site mechanical system tests and product replacements.

Assemble hose components and fulfill customer orders. Identify sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction. Ensure timely completion of tasks and collaborate with stakeholders.

Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and safety. Skills and Experience: Australian work rights. Expertise in hydraulic hose and fittings.

Experience servicing hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. Trade qualifications or equivalent experience. Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
