Form of workJob Description: We are currently seeking a qualified Mechanic with a strong background in vehicle maintenance and Roadside Assistance. Our company focuses on delivering top-notch service to our customers, and we need someone who can provide troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, along with exceptional customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for providing mobile repair services, working independently, and ensuring the timely and effective completion of repair jobs. You will be responsible for organizing and prioritising work instructions and call-outs, completing all necessary online paperwork accurately, and adhering to safety guidelines and company policies.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out mobile repair jobs in a timely and efficient manner
- Organize and prioritize work instructions and job call-outs
- Complete all paperwork accurately, in accordance with relevant legislation and company policies
- Work in a safe manner, following company policies on housekeeping, public safety, and hazardous materials handling
- Achieve monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by your manager for service performance

Requirements:
- Qualified Mechanic
- Right to work in Australia (citizenship, permanent residency, or valid visa)
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check and a medical check
- Excellent customer service skills with a desire to help people
- A practical thinker with a positive and helpful demeanor in customer interactions
- High level of integrity, acting ethically at all times
- Flexibility with work hours
