One who has worked in a mobile repair and retail store, not only proficient in repairs but has great customer service skills and retail experience. With your experience and drive you will add value with the full support of our team in Head office.
You will
- Be an Australian Resident and or have Full rights to work in Australia
- Have experience at diagnosing faults and repairing Samsung mobile devices and tablets
- Have experience repairing multi brands including Apple
- Have Customer Service Experience
- Have front of house experience Retail
- Take pride in your work
- have superior attention to details
- Be able to provide excellent customer service

To be considered for this role you MUST HAVE experience working on Samsung Mobile Phones and Apple and be able to meet deadlines.
