About the Role:

As a Senior ICT Support Technician (Mobile Device Repair), your duties will include:

•      Diagnose Mobile Devices issues based on user descriptions and technical assessments.

•      Determine appropriate repair solutions and offer expert smartphone and tablet repair services to customers.

•      Offer professional guidance and recommendations for Device Repair options.

•      Address software issues such as operating system errors, application crashes and software updates.

•      Assist users with backing up data, transferring information between devices, and recover data from damaged or malfunctioning devices.

•      Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any concerns promptly.

•      Conduct testing of repaired devices to ensure functionality and performance.

•      Provide technical training and mentorship to junior staff members.

•      Stay informed about the latest mobile technologies and industry trends.

Requirements for successful candidate:

•      Genuine passion for mobile technology and innovation.

•      5+ years of hands-on experience in Mobile Device Repair.

•      A diploma in information technology is highly favourable

•      Flexibility to work evenings on Thursdays and weekends.

•      Exceptional communication skills, strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

•      Language skills: fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin preferred

•      Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
