As an exciting and innovative retailer, we are looking for a highly skilled and detail oriented Mobile Technician that enjoys working in a dynamic team environment.

Our Store is located at:

K31 Westfield West Lakes 111 West Lakes Boulevard, West Lakes SA 5021

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Inspect, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair all smartphone and tablet devices
  • Demonstrate products and show consumers how to maximize their features
  • Discuss warranties and replacement parts
  • Check inventory to ensure the product is in stock
  • Conduct outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers via telephone and e-mail to qualify leads and to sell products and services
  • Collect and research information needed to identify and resolve problematic situations
  • Demonstrate electronics and their features
  • Diagnose issues on smartphone and tablet devices
  • Repair smartphone and tablet devices
  • Provide training and supervision to junior staff to encourage fundamental repair knowledge and skills
  • Support repair consultation for staff and customers
  • Actively research better repair solutions and services

Other Requirements:

  • Previous experience within the retail industry is mandatory
  • Strong understanding of mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work methodically through troubleshooting processes
  • Familiarity with tools and equipment used in mobile device repair is mandatory
  • Proven ability in managing and mentoring teams to reach their full potential in repairs
  • Achievement of KPI's and completion of goals
  • Exceptional communication and time management skills
