About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Industrial and Energy team based in Perth CBD for an experienced Mobilisation and Onboarding Administrator. This role will include labour pool management, resource forecasting, drug and alcohol bookings, accommodation & flight bookings, site access compliance and roster management. You will need be able to deal with constant change, have a strong process orientation, ability to work to tight time frames, flexible and willingness to support the broader operations team. The right candidate in this multi-faceted role will thrive with minimal supervision, be an excellent communicator and have the passion to provide successful mobilisation outcomes for the business.
About You
- Enable (ERMS) - Essential
- Workflow NPI Travel - Desired
- Microsoft Package – Essential
- Previous mobilisation experience will be highly regarded
- Site mobilisation experience advantageous
- Strong computer skills specifically
- A desire to be apart of a successful team
- A flexible and adaptable approach to changing demands within the business
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Following up on candidates progress via Phone, text or email
- Managing qualifications, inductions, and training coordination
- Facilitating onboarding processes for new hires
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in fast-paced environments
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Interpersonal and problem-solving skill
