Mobilisation Coordinator
Due to recent project announcements and immediate requirements, we are currently seeking an experienced Mobilisation Coordinator to join our growing team. This position is a long-term position for the right candidate. This is a Monday to Friday role (7:30am – 4:00pm) at our Applecross office in Perth.
To be considered for this role you must have the following skills, qualifications, experience, and attributes:
- Minimum of 3 years Mobilisation experience with Blue Collar (Trades/Shutdowns/Projects)
- Coordination of the site mobilisation process to ensure shutdown/project personnel gain access to sites adhering to the Client and Company Policies and Procedures.
- Entering and managing of certificates in online management systems
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders at varying levels
- Excellent time management and organisational skills and must enjoy fast paced evolving environment
- Ability to manage multiple conflicting tasks
- Proficient in MS Office systems (Word, Excel)
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Duties Include:
- End to end Mobilisation process - Organising medicals, training, flights, site inductions, and trouble-shooting
- Speaking to and mobilising a high volume of candidates across multiple upcoming shutdowns and projects
- Maintaining workforce reporting and utilisation databases.
