Jadestone Energy is a leading upstream oil and gas development and production company in the Asia Pacific region with a strategy towards acquiring and further developing producing fields.  Jadestone Energy currently operate two producing assets off the coast of Western Australia.

Jadestone Energy are looking for an experienced Mobilisation & Operations Coordinator to join the Operations Team in their Perth Office.

About the role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is the key focal point for travel and mobilisation associated activities to and from Jadestone facilities and provides ad hoc support to the onshore and offshore operations team.

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for personnel travelling offshore, including major campaigns. 
  • Control point to manage and review company travel policies and procedural requirements to ensure compliance.
  • Liaise with external travel service providers to organise commercial fixed wing flights for approved offshore travel requests, and related travel services.
  • Preparing travel reports and flight manifests when required.
  • Regularly engage with the key stakeholders to maintain accuracy of offshore roster, and to maintain awareness of the work schedules and plans. 
  • Actively work with external stakeholders to regularly review market rate to ensure Jadestone is maintaining a competitive price point for personnel logistics. 
  • Ensuring offshore leadership have effective administrative support onshore.
  • Maintain accurate operations rosters for the facilities in our travel management system.
  • Coordinating the onboarding of new offshore staff, liaising with the HR and Training.
  • Providing assurance and reports to other departments as required on Operations deliverables.

To be considered for the role:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar roles.
  • Strong administration experience.
  • Strong organisation skills, attention to detail and self-motivated with ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to create and maintain long distance, virtual professional relationships with employees, managers, peers, and suppliers.
  • Demonstrates a high level of confidentiality and business ethics.
