Form of workOzland Mining Services have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mobilisations Coordinator at our Forrestdale head office.
This is a permanent full-time role. The successful candidate will be required to work Monday to Friday. Our office hours are 8.30am – 4.30pm however these hours can be negotiated for the right person.

About the role
- Booking flights and accommodation to remote sites across WA
- Sending travel itineraries
- Booking training, inductions, transport and medicals
- Monitoring expiration dates for employees medicals and licenses
- Providing a high level of support to our leadership team
- Providing exceptional support to our field employees
- Assisting team members with queries and providing additional support to site administrators where required

Essential criteria
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Customer-focused mindset
- Must be highly motivated and driven
- Must be able to use own initiative and work well in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Must demonstrate a high level of organisational skills
- Manual drivers license and reliable transport
- National police check – within 3 months
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Full Australian working rights
