The Role
Ultimate Security is seeking customer service-oriented Monitoring Centre Operators, with experience in Mastermind EX monitoring platform, to work a rotating 24/7 roster. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team and work in a Grade A1 Certified Monitoring Centre.
Key Duties
- Monitor alarms and video surveillance systems across multiple sites
- Respond to alarm activations and alarm system faults
- Dispatch guards and patrols
- Respond to customer enquiries
- Generation of reports
- Data entry
- Ensure compliance and service levels are achieved
Selection Criteria
- A minimum of 1E Security Licence
- Previous Monitoring Room experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Ability to work a rotating 24/7 roster including day shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent phone manners and overall customer service
