  • Develop and implement a monitoring and learning plan for each Health Literacy project to guide internal and external learning activities.
  • Where applicable, facilitate iterative cycles of learning within each Health Literacy team during the implementation of each MEL activity. Adopt a continuous improvement approach to assist with the monitoring of progress and uncovering of insights along the way that could be shared more broadly.

  • An understanding of, and experience working with, models of human behaviour and/or social determinants of health.
  • Experience in health promotion and/or Health Literacy campaign evaluation, including an understanding of website analytics and media agency metrics and the types of data that can be mined from these.
  • Skilled and experienced in monitoring and evaluation end-to-end project management (~10 years). Preferably those that relate to market research, health promotion, Health Literacy and/or digital health products.
  • Skilled and experienced in the development of theories of change and program logics, and evaluation frameworks.
  • Skilled and experienced across a range of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
  • Professional experience working in a health-focussed context and experience or interest in working at the prevention or early intervention end of the health system.
  • Skilled and experienced in supporting staff from non-research or evaluation functional areas to understand and value MEL work and evaluative thinking.
  • Skilled and experienced in communicating research and/or evaluation results to a range of audiences using a variety of mediums and channels.

Bonus points for:
