Job description:
You will be supporting the brokers as part of the loan administration team while receiving extensive training and mentoring that will equip you with all the tools and skills needed to become a top-performing broker. This role presents a unique opportunity for individuals aspiring to become finance brokers.
As the successful applicant, you will receive comprehensive on-the-job training and mentoring, enabling you to acquire all the skills necessary to become a high-performing broker. You will operate as part of a close-knit team of professionals responsible for creating tailored investment strategies, preparing and submitting loan applications, and supporting our brokers in their duties.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Establish positive communication and collaboration with clients and colleagues.
- Assist in daily lending tasks pre-settlement and post-settlement.
- Proficient use of office software, with document processing skills.
- Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive corporate data.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in finance, accounting, or related fields.
- Have permanent residence or Australian citizen.
- Recent graduates with a background in finance or accounting are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Detail-oriented with a sense of responsibility.
- Preferred multi-language (English and Mandarin).
- Preferred working experience in financial industry.
- Have working experience in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong working ethic with solid written and verbal skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills and punctuality.
