As a Broker, you will be responsible for identifying and solving clients lending needs while maintaining ongoing relationships throughout the process from start to finish.
- All leads and full back-office support provided.
- Provide lending (residential and commercial property) solutions to a portfolio of clients ranging from first home buyer to HNW clients.
- Providing high quality service to warm leads as well as building strong relationships with lenders and other stakeholders.
- Work closely with the boarder team who will manage the applications to settlement.
- 2+ years’ banking/ lending experience
- Must have strong residential and commercial property lending experience
- You will need to be customer-centric with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
- Proven track record of success in a competitive sales environment.
- Have a current or happy to complete MFAA Accreditation and a Diploma in Financial Services – Finance & Mortgage Broking.
- Strong problem-solving skills & high attention to detail is essential.
