Our client is a top-performing Mortgage Lending franchise that manages the northern suburbs of Sydney. Aligned with a major bank, this franchise is renowned for providing exceptional service to new and existing customers.
The role:
Joining an experienced team of professionals, you will have the support and professional training that will enable you to elevate your lending knowledge in a warm and friendly environment. In the role, you will:
- Attend to customer enquiries and manage mortgage loan applications from enquiry to settlement
- Complete and submit loan applications for credit approval
- Schedule and attend customer meetings
- Review and analyse financials – personal, sole trader, partnership, company and trusts
- Educate the customer through each stage of the lending process
- Liaise with the Head Office Credit Analyst team and discuss credit applications and submissions
- Promote the Banks product range and service offering
- Identify new business opportunities by building strong relationships with new and existing customers and referral partners
- Manage customer profiles and update the database and CRM system
- Notify and update customers on the status of loan applications
- Generate reports for Senior Managers and Principles
- Work with the Principles to plan and coordinate social and networking events
To be successful in the role, you will have:
- Credit Analyst experience working for a bank or mortgage provider
- Proven customer service and sales skills with an ability to explain the features and benefits of products or services
- Expectational verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work autonomously
- Strong time management and prioritising skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers, key stakeholders and referral partners
