Candidates must possess the following:
- At least 2 years’ experience in MOTEL Management
- Professional presentation & manner
- Exceptional customer service
- Strong computer & administration skills
- Ability to manage staff
- Ability to complete general maintenance duties, and maintain the property to a high standard
- Current drivers' license
- Commitment to WH & S policies
- Experience in Satin reservation system a bonus
- Working knowledge of Channel Management
- Able to handle difficult situations in a pleasant manner
- Budgeting
- Meeting profit targets
- Must have ABN
Duties will include: but not limited to
- Check ins / check outs
- Front Office Management, including company accounts, tenants Rent & utility invoicing
- Managing housekeepers – roster & accurate timesheets
- Maintaining rooms at the highest standards
- Maintaining grounds to the highest standard
- Ordering linen and supplies
- Banking & reconciliation
- Manage bookings, room rates and revenue control
- Manage social media, if required
- Able to use Outlook, Word & Excel
2-bedroom residence with utilities and internet included in package
Reliable housekeepers in place
No Laundry or swimming pool. Small garden area to take care of
