SalaryWe are seeking a conscientious Motel Management Couple for the Bucketts Way Motel a 28 room Country Motel plus 8 separate residential villas in Gloucester NSW.
This is a live in position for a hands on couple with responsibilities including:
- Excellent customer service
- Use of computerized front office system
- Property maintenance
- Breakfast preparation
- Supervision of housekeeping staff
- Preparation of daily income reports
- Ability to deal with tenancies at the villas
- Continue to achieve strong occupancies
- Control expenses
It is preferable that the couple have a strong Motel management background but a couple willing to learn who bring relevant experience would also be considered.
The couple need a strong independent work ethic and a passion for customer service.
One of the couple would need to hold the liquor license which includes having or obtaining an RSA and licensee training.
It would be an advantage if you can cook and love cooking but is not a requirement.
This is a live in position with a 2 bedroom unit provided.
Bucketts Way Motel is a busy year round Country Motel located about 3 hours north of Sydney
