Motor Body Builder / Metal Fabricator

About Us:

AH Peters is a Motor Body Building company based in Wetherill Park, specialising in the design and building of ridgid truck bodies for private, Local and State Government clients.

We are seeking two full time workshop based Metal Fabricators for immidiate start.

Experience & Responsibilities:

·       Relevant experience in metal fabrication or associated fabrication trade (Motor Body Builder / Fitter Welder / Boilermaker / Sheetmetal Worker)

·         Trade Certificate is desirable although on the job training will be given to the right applicant.

·         Metal Fabrication – MIG welding, cutting, bending and joining of metals.

Be able to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to use a variety of hand & power tools.Ability to read and interpret workshop drawings, follow instructions, and work procedures.

·         A genuine commitment to workplace safety (WHS / OHS)

·         Must be eligible to work in Australia.

Permanant position (38 hour week)

Overtime available

Uniform provided following probation period.
