Factory Supervisor - Metal Fabrication

A full-time position is available for immediate start in Milperra for a competent Factory Supervisor/Leading Hand in the metal work shop.

We are a medium sized company specialising in tube bending, welding, fabrication and installation; providing products and services to a variety of industries.

Essential criteria

Welding experience (preferred)

Trade background

Ability to read technical drawings

Effective communicator

Duties

Supervision & training of trades and non-trades factory staff

Hands-on machine setting and operation

Quality procedures, systems and planning

Compliance to specification

Equipment maintenance

Materials handling, storage and control,

Workplace communication

Work health & safety
